Baked Crumbed fish filet and greens.

Green beans and Brussel Prout makes a combination of super drizzle seasonal greens accompanied with baked crumbed fish filet. Steaming is a very easy and healthy way to cook your fresh vegetables keeping the vitamins intact. Boiling with water will make you lost the vitamins into the boiling water. This healthy dish can be considered as lunch or dinner. It is richly packed with flavour and very nourishing. Very easy to make and taste so delicious. You will not spend too much time in the kitchen . A perfect healthy recipe for people with very little time and busy schedules.

Serve : 4

INGREDIENTS:

  • Brussels sprout
  • 2 cups of green beans
  • Crumbed fish filet
  • Pinch of salt
  • Red onion
  • Stock cube powder
  • Olive or canola oil spray
  • Teaspoon butter

METHOD:

  1. In a saucepan, place a teaspoon of butter and let it melt over low heat for 15 seconds then add a cup of water. Place team basket with your vegetables inside.
  2. Cover and cook for over 4-5 minutes. Make sure you don’t overlook your veges. It’s always best when crispy and tender.
  3. Place your crumbed fish in the oven and bake for 20 mins .
  4. Serve with your delicious veges.
